Since it’s the season of pumpkin everything, here’s a yummy martini that is basically dessert in a glass.
– 1 part Vanilla Vodka
– 1 part Pumpkin Liqueur (I used Mr Stacks)
– 1 part Baileys
Put ice in mixer and pour ingredients over then shake for 1 minute.
Pour into glass and sprinkle cinnamon or nutmeg on top. Add whipped cream and a cinnamon stick if you like.
And if you want to get really fancy crush up ginger snaps to rim your glass with. Dip glass in simple syrup then roll in cookies.
