Sugar Cookie Martini

How perfect is this drink for the holiday season?! I saw this recipe all over social media so of course I had to try it and it is definitely worth sharing. Make this for a girls gathering, while you’re decorating your Christmas cookies or for family that’s in town.

It’s dessert in a glass but I’m so here for it. This recipe is from Delish and a video with instructions is on their website if you need any help.

Martini Recipe:

• 1/2 cup Whole Milk

• 1/4 cup Baileys

• 2 oz. Vanilla Vodka

• 2 oz. Amaretto

• Ice

For the Rim:

• 1/2 c. Vanilla Frosting

• sprinkles, and either 1 tsp. divided Pre-made sugar cookie dough OR you can cheat like I did and buy already made cookies and just frost and sprinkle those

1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees if you’re baking your own cookies for the rim. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Roll sugar cookie dough out to 1/4 in thick. Using a cookie cutter like a candy cane, cut out shapes then place on prepared cookie sheet. Bake until just set and lightly golden around the edges, about 11-12 minutes. Let cool.

2) Using an offset spatula, spread a thin layer of frosting onto rim of two martini glasses. Pour 1/4 cup sprinkles onto a small plate then dip rims in sprinkles to coat. Then use spatula to frost cookies with frosting and decorate with the remaining sprinkles.

3) In a cocktail shaker, combine milk, Baileys, Vodka and Amaretto. Add ice and shake until cold. Pour into glasses and add your cookie to the rim.

Enjoy & Cheers!
