The holiday season can be overwhelming and stressful, especially when it comes to planning a big meal. Let some of Atlanta’s fantastic restaurants and chefs help out this year! I’ve compiled a list of some of the restaurants that will be open and serving Thanksgiving meals and places that you can order food in advance to pick up and serve at your celebrations. I definitely recommend making a reservation at the restaurants if you want to dine there!
Serving on Thanksgiving Day
Southern Art
Located in Buckhead, Southern Art will be doing a gourmet Thanksgiving brunch from 11AM-5PM, Thursday 11/28. This buffet style spread will offer classic breakfast options, a carving station, popular Thanksgiving dishes (such as turkey, green bean casserole and dressing) and of course desserts. Tickets are $105 for adults and $55 for children 3 and up. Parking is included in ticket price.
South City Kitchen
South City Kitchen, with locations in Midtown and Vinings, will be serving a three-course dinner from 11:30AM-7:30PM. Their menu consists of an appetizer, entrée and dessert selections with items like Roast Turkey Breast with all the fixings, Beef Short Rib, and Seared Salmon so you can choose what you want. $60 per adult and $30 per child.
The Whitley Hotel
Located in Buckhead (the former Ritz-Carlton), the restaurant in The Whitley, will be serving an Atlanta Thanksgiving Brunch in their Legacy Ballroom from 11AM-3:00PM. Prices are $95 for adults and $50 for children ages 6-12.
Livingston Restaurant + Bar
Located in Midtown across from the Fox Theater, Livingston will be serving an Atlanta Thanksgiving Brunch Buffet from 11AM-6PM. Their buffet will feature a carving station, hot and cold buffet selections as well as several pastry items such as a Peach & Blackberry Cobbler Whipped Chantilly Cream. Price is $52 for adults and $26 for children ages 3-12. Price does not include gratuity, beverages or tax.
Milton’s Cuisine & Cocktails
Located in Downtown Crabapple, GA, Milton’s will be serving a three-course Atlanta Thanksgiving menu from 11AM-7PM. Menu includes bread service, and items such as Bourbon Pecan Pie, Spiral Cut Ham and of course Turkey! Price is $45 per adult and $22,50 per child and excludes tax & gratuity.
Meals For Takeout: Restaurants Serving Up The Whole Shebang
Serpas True Food
Located in Old Fourth Ward, Serpas is offering the full spread for your Atlanta Thanksgiving Day meal! I recently got to try their Thanksgiving menu and I am a fan, it’s actually where I am ordering my meal from this year. With items such as Baked Mac & Cheese, Corn Bread Stuffing, Braised Green Beans and a Granny Smith Apple Pie, your guests will be very happy and thankful that you placed an order with them! Orders must be in by November 24.
Murphy’s
Located in the Virginia Highlands, Murphy’s is offering a complete meal that serves 4 people. Order more meals for more guests and all you have to do is heat everything up! The meal includes Butternut Squash Soup, Salad, Roasted Boneless Turkey Breasts with Gravy, Cornbread Stuffing, Cranberry Orange Chutney, Maple Glazed Sweet Potatoes, Green Beans and your choice of dessert. Or you can order the meal without the turkey plus additional sides. Complete meal is $155 and orders must be placed by November 15.
Muss & Turner’s
Let Muss and Turner’s help out with your sides to accompany your meal! Located in Smyrna, they are offering items such as Sweet Potato Mash with Brown Butter Pecan Streusel, Creamy Dreamy Mac-N-Cheese, Roasted Brussel Sprouts, Southern Cornbread Dressing, Wild Mushroom Gravy and Yeast Rolls. They do offer Gluten Free options. Orders must be placed by November 23!
Wood’s Chapel BBQ
Located in Summerhill, Wood’s Chapel has got your Atlanta Turkey Day needs covered! One of my favorite bbq restaurants in Atlanta, I’d highly recommend them for your holiday needs. A few items on their menu are a Whole Smoked Turkey with gravy, Smoked Turkey (per pound), Candied Yams, Cornbread Stuffing and Brown Butter Pumpkin Pie. Orders must be placed by November 21.
Parish
Located In Inman Park, Parish is offering meals to feed 4-6 people for $130 and include an 8-10 LB Turkey and 5 sides, Rolls and a choice of pie or you can order A La Carte. Orders must be placed by November 25. Make your Atlanta Thanksgiving easy!
Williamson Brothers BBQ
Locations in Marietta, Canton and Douglasville, Williamson Brothers is offering full meals and a la carte options. Whole smoked turkeys and hams are available as well as sides such as Sweet Potato Soufflé and Homemade Dressing. Call them to place an order at 770-425-1739.
Fresh Market
You can order and pick up fully cooked turkey, hams and sides from Fresh Market that will serve 3-5 people or 12-14. Order online by November 23 or in store by November 28.
Sweet Auburn BBQ
Located in Poncey-Highlands . Sweet Auburn BBQ has Whole Smoked Turkeys as well as Sliced Turkey. They’re also offering sides such as Cornbread Dressing, Gravy, Bourbon Baked Beans, Mac & Cheese and more! Orders must be placed by November 24 at 3PM.

Foodcation Forever
For your grazing board needs! Be the hit of the party by bringing one of these beautiful charcuterie boards by the talented Viv. She will make one custom to your needs featuring Meats, Cheeses, Veggies, Crackers and Fruits. I know this absolutely will be on my table for the holidays! Boards are $65 and up. Proof Bake Shop
Located in Inman Park, Proof is one of my favorite bakeries in the city. They are offering Quiches and pies such as Apple, Mocha Cream, Pumpkin and Chocolate Bourbon Pecan. Stop by the shop to place your order by November 22!
Henri’s Bakery
With 3 locations in Atlanta, including Buckhead, West Midtown, and Sandy Springs, it makes it easy for pick-up. They’re offering cookies and seasonal pies like Pumpkin, Apple and Pecan. Just call the one most convenient to you to place an order.
Sweet Cheats
Located in Cabbagetown, let Sweet Cheats help you out with desserts for your holiday dinner! Offering Apple, Bourbon Pecan, Cherry and White Peach, Chocolate Salted Caramel, Pecan and Pumpkin Pies. I know I’ll be putting in an order for a couple of these. Call or stop by the shop to order.
Root Baking Co.
Located on the second floor in Ponce City Market, Root Baking Co. has all of your carb needs covered. Their holiday menu includes various loaves of bread, Heirloom Apple Pie, Coffee Cake, Croissants, Danishes, Cookies and more. How great and convenient would this be to offer your out of town guests a delicious pastry for breakfast?? Order online by November 25.
Bakey Bakes
If you want a real showstopper, order your pies and cakes from the baking queen herself. Larissa makes the most decorative pies with dough art and she uses only organic ingredients. Offering classic pies like Pumpkin, Pecan, Bourbon Chocolate Pecan or Caramel Apple. Or go all in with a Roasted Sweet Potato Cake or Ube (Purple Yam) Cake! These desserts are not only beautiful but they taste insanely good and you’ll win the meal with them. Prices vary but go online to order by November 22!
Thanksgiving might be my favorite holiday so order big and don’t forget the bubbly!
